1. Use of Site and Materials

GuideM I.T. Services offers a range of digital resources, including educational content, tutorials, quizzes, articles, and updates in the field of cybersecurity and IT services. These resources (the "Materials") are made available on this site and through courses provided via this platform for personal, non-commercial use. Each user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access of the Materials for personal study and development. Users must not alter, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Materials without express permission. All Materials are to be kept confidential, and not disclosed or distributed to third parties.

2. Geographic Restrictions

Users accessing or purchasing Materials from outside the Philippines agree not to use the Materials in any manner prohibited by local laws or regulations within the Philippine jurisdiction.

3. User Warranty

Users affirm that they are not associated with any competing IT service or cybersecurity education provider and will use the Materials solely to enhance their own knowledge and skills in the cybersecurity and IT field. All knowledge and tools used in the site are not to be used in an illegal manner and only authorized activities only.

GuideM I.T.
